Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Footprint Finder collects, uses and protects your data. We scan email metadata only — sender, subject and date — never message body content, and we never sell your data.

OAuth tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with row-level security on every database table. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
