Steps to delete your SHEIN account

  1. Clear pending orders and points. Resolve open orders/returns and spend or write off any points first.
  2. Open account security settings. Me → Settings → Account Security / Account Management → 'Request Account Deletion'.
  3. Verify your identity. Confirm via the code sent to your email or phone.
  4. Wait out the grace period. Deletion finalizes after the stated waiting period if you don't log back in.

Gotchas to watch for

  • Wallet balances, points, and coupons are lost permanently.
  • Deleting the app does not remove your data — submit the in-account request.
